Dear Residents,

We would like to remind all residents that feeding wildlife, including squirrels, birds, and other animals, is not permitted anywhere on the property.

While feeding wildlife may seem harmless, it can create several safety and property concerns for our community. Regular feeding encourages animals to become dependent on human food sources and increases their presence in common areas, parking lots, walkways, patios, and decks. This can lead to aggressive behavior, create health and sanitation issues, and pose potential risks to residents and pets.

Additionally, squirrels and other wildlife can cause significant damage to outdoor furniture, cushions, umbrellas, grills, landscaping, and building components as they search for food or nesting materials. Increased wildlife activity may also result in costly repairs and maintenance for the Association.

To help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask that residents:

• Do not feed squirrels, birds, or any other wildlife.
• Do not leave food, pet food, or food scraps outdoors.
• Secure trash and recycling materials properly.
• Report any unusual wildlife activity to management.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping protect our community and prevent unnecessary property damage.
