Dear Residents,

UPA (United Partners of America) plan to be back Monday morning 8am-10am March 16th to complete the remaining 10 SmartMeter installations. 

Ten Units 003, 005, 100, 103, 201, 206, 401, 504, 505, 602 should expect to experience a power outage for 3 to 5 minutes while your meter is being replaced.

There should be no need for them to enter any units.
