Dear Residents

The contractor investigated further the roof drain pipe issue and expects to be back onsite Tuesday February 24 to try and clean out the scale causing the weak water flow in the pipe that has been resulting in water backing up in pipe and flooding basement during melting snow and rain on the roof. 

This still could require drilling floor in basement hallway between Laundry Room and exit door to access drain pipe.
