Dear Residents,

We have ordered new mailboxes for the property that will be installed inside of the lobby on Friday, December 12th.

We will have a contractor on site to receive the delivery and begin the install.

The reason for this is due to safety protocol and the old mailboxes are very worn and some broken.

We are in contact with USPS and will let you know what the date for the switchover is. We will also let you know how to pick up the new keys for your mailboxes. Thank you.
