SmartMeter Installation Tues and Wed Nov 18-19 UPDATE
Nov 13, 2025 -- Dear Residents,
Update: They plan to be back Wednesday morning 9-12pm to complete the installations.
On Tuesday, November 18th between 8am to 4pm we will have a vendor on site to complete Smart Meter Installations.
Units should expect to experience a power outage for 3 to 5 minutes while your meter is being replaced.
There should be no need for them to enter any units, as work is being done in the basement.
