A friendly reminder that all doors must remain closed at all times. Propping doors open is not allowed and poses a huge safety and security risk.

Another reminder that pet waste cannot be disposed of in common area trash bins. Please dispose in your own home or directly in the trash outside. 

Please be advised that if these behaviors persist, fines will be imposed in accordance with our community policies. These measures are necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly living environment for all residents.
