Dear Residents,

The engineer and contractor will be back on site TOMORROW afternoon after the rain stops. They will need to use the lift again and will need access to all porches/balconies on the rear exit side. They will be need to access porches/balconies on the 03 side facing the side yard/exit.

Please remove toys or valuable belongings off of the porch until this work is complete.

Please be aware that the workers will be on site and on these porches doing some work. 

We ask that you please DO NOT PARK underneath the porches on the rear exit side. If possible, please park on the other side of the lot. If there is no room, please use Quarry Street.
