There was a smoldering mulch fire this morning Tuesday May 20 due to CIGARETTEES. Either from the balcony of the 01's or from someone smoking at the entrance on the right side. This is not the first time this has happened.

The Hill is a smoke-free community. You are putting yourselves and your neighbors at risk.

If smoking on patio, cigarettes MUST be extinguished and put in ashtray. Please make sure ashtrays are not on railing as they may blow off.
