The parking lot has become increasingly crowded overnight nearing capacity with vehicles.

An audit of vehicles was performed. Several vehicles had no sticker. Warning notices were attached on the vehicle and plate numbers were recorded.

All residents with vehicles in the parking lot must have the red parking stickers on their vehicles or they could be subject to towing at vehicle owner’s expense.

This is also a good reminder for those replacing their vehicles to get a new sticker.
