We are located minutes south of Boston off the Southeast Expressway/Rte. 93(directions). MBTA bus service (Route 245) is available on Quarry Street. Shopping and other conveniences are close by in Quincy Center. A major mall, restaurants and a hotel are nearby. See Neighborhood page for more info.
The building was constructed circa 1976 and the units were rented as luxury apartments with an indoor pool and clubhouse. On March 9, 1983 The Hill at Furnace Brook was established by a Master Deed and the units were sold as individual condominiums. The clubhouse was turned into a penthouse condo. The penthouse and common roof deck offer panoramic views of the ocean, the Blue Hills and the Boston skyline. Some upper floor units also enjoy some of these great views.
