Sep 25, 2004 -- Please be aware the intermittent buzzing noise outside the building is from a building vent needing repair. It is the silver dome near the oil boilers. Apparently, it has caused the other vents to stop working also. Service has been contacted. We apologize for the noise this is causing and hope to get it repaired soon.
