As you may know, the elevator has been having issues since June 10th after apparently a resident was having thrown out a 2-piece large sofa and chair without using elevator key.

Tried to keep it running while waiting for the parts to arrive. However, it is no longer deemed safe so have shut it down.

Hoping to have the parts arrive Monday for installation by elevator company. 

Very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
