Dear Residents,

Please be advised that you should never throw cigarettes or any product that is on fire over the balcony. Mulch is very flammable, and a fire started near the side entrance due to carelessness.

If you must smoke, please put your cigarettes or any other product that is being smoked out in an ashtray or metal can and throw out in dumpster after it is extinguished.

There is an ashtray at front entrance and smoker's outpost at back entrance so please use them when exit/enter building.
