IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please be reminded that charcoal and gas grills are prohibited from use at the Hill at Furnace Brook Condominiums including the roof and on resident’s balconies per state law.
The insurance carrier for the building has set this as a requirement to ensure the proper coverage can be bound, and the Association is duly covered in the case of a loss.
Please note a gas grill is in the back-lawn picnic area for residents to use.
