Update: 9/5/2020

Elevator equipment is arriving at warehouse.  Modernization crew is finishing up another job in Quincy and should be on-site in week or so.  Hoist Machine and Elevator Controller to be craned to top of building first.  Parking spots may need to be made available to make space for crane.
