Re: Rodent Problem

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Dear Residents:

There is a rodent/rat problem around the dumpster area at The Hill at Furnace Brook

Condominium. One of the ways you can help to combat the issue is with your household

trash.

• Please do not throw your trash bags over the fence enclosing the dumpster.

• Trash bags must be placed directly inside the dumpster.

• Be sure to close the dumpster sliding door as well as the fence once you have

properly disposed of your trash.

• Do not put any food out for animals (such as feeding feral cats). That will attract

unwanted rodents as well.

Please be advised: if there are any trash bags outside of the dumpster, not disposed of

properly, they will be inspected for proof of residency and you will be fined.
