Frozen Pipe Prevention

when outside temp nears zero degrees

Keep heat on (~60 degrees) in vacant units - even when away for day or two

Let water drip from faucets

This is especially important in the 2^nd half bathrooms in the front and back units where the pipes are closest to the outside walls.

Keep outside doors shut to prevent cold from entering the building

Bursting pipes can damage multiple units and are very costly to repair.
