Please be reminded children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the roof deck, pool area, exercise room,etc. or the related unit could be subject to fines. Recent events have shown why this rule is so important.  Anyone observing children unattended in these areas should report it immediately to one of the Trustees and Property Manager.
