Please be aware the new welcome sign has been installed on our front lawn to the front right side of the building looking from the street. 

This spot was chosen to be seen from vehicles coming up Quarry Street and away from utilities/underground water and fire pipes,etc. on the left side and that may need to be dug up at some point.  The new sign is far enough away from snow piles and icemelt chemicals from the sidewalk and street in the winter and enough room for the large lawn mowers and landscaping in the summer.  

Also, people have gotten confused at the little old sign location and think our parking lot is for the red brick building on the left.   The new sign shows we are a Condominium building in bigger letters than the old sign.

We may put some shrubs and/or flowers around the sign at some point.
